After School Club (Barrhaven)

Due to careful planning and project preparation payment is due at the time of registration. We order supplies once your child is registered and as a result this makes it very hard on us if you cancel. If something comes up, as we know it does on occasion please try to fill your registered space with a friend or family member. IF we have a waiting list we will try and fill your space for you. If we cannot fill your spot we are unable to give refunds, we hope you understand this. Store-credit will be issued in the event of cancellation./// Please give us a call or email if your child is unable to attend a session. /// Art Haven and its agents shall not be held responsible and are hereby released from any liability for sickness, accident or injury left in the care of Art Haven. /// By agreeing to this policy you consent to the use of your child’s photo/likeness for the purpose of publicity/advertising or future events at the Art Haven.
