You are registering for the event and selecting your table or space below. The picture shows an example of where these tables or rack space might be but we reserve the right to move things around prior, you are only reserving the actual space/table.
All options below are $20 to make it affordable for the kidpreneurs! They should get a great experience out of this and not be worried about the cost!
Tables 1-9 we provide the 4x3 table and 2 chairs
Tables 10-11 we provide the 6 ft folding table and 2 chairs
Tables 12 & 13 are in the party room with lots of space and outlets and we provide the 8 ft tables and attached benches or you can bring in your own rack
BYO 1-BYO 6 is space enough for a rack or a table that you bring yourself
16 & 17 is countertop space only, roughly 2x4 each with cubbies below (no other floor space included)
We do our best to accommodate everyone but first come, first serve on table placement selection! We don't allow set up prior to 4:30pm and we require all vendors to stay through end of event unless pre-approved prior.
We can never guarantee how many people we will get through the doors. It's the risk of this business!
We do try very hard in blasting this event out to all locals, semi-locals, businesses, friends, family and all social media vehicles. We ask if you are participating that you also do the same. Each visitor we get is due to someone’s network showing up!
The event runs 5-8pm, set up at 4:30-5pm and doors open by 5 to shoppers
This will be a free event for guests.
The picture above is the map of our event space/tables/rooms (we do reserve the right to move things around though). You pick the number space/table you would like to have based on space, not location and pay the corresponding fee associated to reserve your spot. First come, first served and no refunds.
1. Wi-Fi is free with your paid table.
2. Outlet/power is sparse and if required you’ll need your own extension cord and the fee is $5 which can be paid at the front desk at check-in (the rooms in the party room have access to an outlet, the table or rack up front in lobby has access to an outlet for $5 and the table numbered 9 has access to an outlet for $5 (paid at front desk via credit card or cash)
3. All parking must be out behind our building or the building behind us...you are not allowed to park out front or beside the buildings as we need these reserved for our customers to shop us.
4. Prosper Playhouse is kid friendly, please remember this and do not bring snacks or little toys for the kids that they will take into the structure!
5. Parent or guardian must accompany all child vendors.
6. If siblings are attending with parent/guardian, they must be watched 100% of the time.
7. You are limited to only 2 reps at each vendor table in light of space (plus the parent or guardian, totaling 3 only if the business has two owners)
We will follow-up with Text or Emails after signup so please be sure to list those accurately on this registration.
This is as much a networking event as a sales event--we are all friendly, amazing entrepreneurs and all out to have fun and make money. That being said, there may be other like vendors at these events and that is ok, we all bring different clientele to shop one another...we will be sure though that we do not have two identical vendors at one show though (for example: we will not allow two mary kay reps etc).
Our General Manager, Amber Holmes, owner Jen Clark are the only admins of this group and event...we will be reaching out. Please do not pay or speak with anyone else claiming to be running this event.
