The Squish Bar Party Contract
This Party Contract outlines the terms and conditions for hosting a private event at The Squish Bar. By reserving a party date, the client agrees to the policies listed below.
Booking & Deposit
A $50 non‑refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time.Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Food & Beverage Policy
No outside food or drinks are permitted inside The Squish Bar. Cupcakes are the only exception and may be brought in for your celebration. All cupcakes must arrive ready to serve (no cutting required). We can appove small waters or juices to be served with the cupcakes.
Decorations & Supplies
Clients may bring square tablecloths to decorate the slime tables, otherwise we provide our own. There are 3 tables in total. Any additional decorations must be approved in advance to ensure they are safe and appropriate for the space. We do not anything to be hung on walls. Confetti, glitter, and open‑flame candles are not permitted (birthday candles are allowed during the cupcake time). Your welcome to open gifts during your party time as well.
Seating & Space Use
Seating is reserved only for those participating in the slime‑making activities.Due to space and safety guidelines, no additional seating will be provided for family members or extra guests. Adults may stand in designated areas but may not occupy slime‑making seats. There are a total of 12 seats available in this area.
Activities Included
Each paid participant will participate in creating their own custom slime at The Squish Bar. Party guests will also have the opportunity to explore our sensory room, which includes additional hands‑on activities designed to support creativity, sensory play, and exploration.
Supervision & Safety
A responsible adult must remain on-site for the duration of the party. The Squish Bar staff will guide all slime and sensory activities, but parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children’s behavior. Any damage caused by guests will result in additional charges.
Party Duration & Setup
Each party reservation is for a 1-hour private event. You may arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up and prepare. All guests and materials must be fully cleaned up and cleared out by the end of the reserved hour.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
The $50 deposit is non‑refundable. Parties may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days before the event.
