Crispy and caramelized on the outside with a delicate sweet and buttery center. Students will make dough from scratch as well as learn to roll, form and bake these pastries in class. Take your finished dough home with you (baked the next day or frozen) to make kouign amann for family and friends as well as any extra pastries baked in class. All materials provided.
