Cancellation and Refund Policy

**Retreat Cancellation Policy** Due to the planning, accommodations, supplies, and materials purchased in advance for the retreat, all payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer or sell your spot to another participant. Please notify us of any participant changes prior to the retreat. If you choose not to transfer your spot, any payments made may be applied as a credit toward a future retreat hosted by Artistic Ways by SassyJ. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of the original retreat date. Please note that if the future retreat is offered at a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the difference in cost at the time of registration. Thank you for understanding and helping us continue to provide an amazing retreat experience for all attendees.
