I understand that the employees will tally ALL guests, skating OR observing, 3-103yrs old as they arrive & that I will be charged accordingly. Final payment is due before the conclusion of your event. We accept cash & credit cards. *Credit card must be PRESENT AT FINAL BILLING. Personal checks will NOT be accepted.

1. FOOD: A cake or cupcakes for celebrations are allowed to be brought in. No other carry-in food or drink, including water bottles, may be brought in. HRSC cannot refrigerate, freeze, store, heat, or prepare any item a guest brings in. 2. DECORATIONS: cannot be pinned or taped to anything inside the facility. Helium balloons must be tied to a weight and kept on your reserved table and away from the ceiling fans. Confetti, glitter, noisemakers, silly string, & piñatas are not allowed. An additional $50 cleaning fee applies if any of these items are used. 3. MESSES: No food fights or smashing of cake. This behavior is rude and will not be tolerated. You will be charged a $50 cleaning fee if a food fight or cake-smashing occurs.
