Sparring Rules - 

2,1 point system ( 2point head kicks, 1 point all other legal techniques) Light face contact will be allowed. Sparring matches are 2 min. or a 7 point spread. Required sparring equipment: mouth piece, cup, foam dipped head, hand, foot gear. Face mask and chest guards  for all youth.
