(NYC) Bake + Take: Homemade Holiday Candy

Join us for an afternoon of confection-making, to enjoy yourself or to give as a gift for the upcoming holiday season (how generous!). This class is suitable for ages 12+, as long as they are registered along with an adult. 

Chef-Instructor Erica Wides will teach you how to pull and shape sugar candy, make velvetty chocolate truffles, and create your own signature brittle! You'll take your confections home in a gift box to share with others.
