Class Description:
It's still the holiday and a perfect time to experience something unique and festive! Chef Bruce Campbell knows how to teach cooking techniques for sure! So join him to learn how to correctly prepare a fantastic and festive AF steak and seafood dinner. You'll learn a variety of cooking techniques, such as sautéing and sous vide (huh? sign up and find out!), baking times, right temp, and you'll even get a lesson on grilling, too! Seafood Chowder with Sweet Drop Biscuits is first on the tasting menu tonight, Then, you'll help prepare Beef Tenderloin with Steak Butter and Shrimp Scampi along with Savory Shingled Potatoes and Glazed Carrots. For dessert Chef will show off his skills as he demos a spectacular Chocolate Dark Rum Truffle Torte! Don't get your Santa Suit in a bunch... you'll get to taste that, too! Bruce will also pair wine perfectly with tonight's dishes! This class makes for the perfect festive evening!

Prior to registration, if you or any member of the group for which you are registering is under 18 years of age at the date of the class, please contact The Culinary Center of Kansas City at cook@kcculinary.com or 913-341-4455 to determine whether admittance to class will be allowed. There are certain classes where 14 years and older may attend as long as an adult also attends with them and as long as we have a completed waiver signed by a legal representative for the child. Without prior approval and a properly signed waiver, any registrant who is under 18 years of age will not be allowed to participate in this class. I acknowledge and understand that I and all parties for whom I am registering will be asked to execute a written liability waiver prior to the start of the class and that this waiver is required in order to participate in the class.
