Class Description:
It's the most wonderful time of the year (for sweet tooths!). Spend a morning getting into the holiday spirit in this hands-on Christmas cookie decorating class, you'll learn how to transform simple sugar cookies into edible works of art worthy of a bakery window display. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned baker, renowned cookie artist Leesa Yates will share cookie decorating tips and techniques that will have you making your own edible masterpieces in no time! She’ll start off by teaching you the fundamentals of cookie decorating, including how to make the perfect Royal Icing, Flow Icing, other icing types, decorator bags and tips, handling, borders, and basic decorating techniques. Next, she’ll teach critical decorating techniques like consistencies, coloring, piping, and flooding.

From presents and trees, to snowmen and snowflakes, the decoration possibilities are endless. Get creative and tap into your inner artist as you master decorating skills like writing with icing. Everyone gets to take home a box of their beautifully decorated cookies to show off to friends and family.

Whether you're a decoration novice or seasoned icer, you'll be amazed at the professional-quality results you achieve in this fun class.

We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
Family Friendly (5+): All ages 5 and up welcome. Each child below the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

There are certain classes where 14 years and older may attend as long as an adult also attends with them and as long as we have a completed waiver signed by a legal representative for the child. Without prior approval and a properly signed waiver, any registrant who is under 18 years of age will not be allowed to participate in this class. I acknowledge and understand that I and all parties for whom I am registering will be asked to execute a written liability waiver prior to the start of the class and that this waiver is required in order to participate in the class.
