Classes and workshops are non-refundable. If an issue arises and you are unable to attend a purchased class, please contact us at hello@unfoldden.com no less than 48 hours before the start of your class. We will work together to come up with a satisfactory resolution, usually resulting in an account credit for use at a future class. Acknowledgment of Risk I understand that this class involves the use of sharp tools and sewing machines that may cause injury if not used properly. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for myself and/or my child. Release of Liability I release and hold harmless Megan Schmer, Olive & Olde's, LLC dba Unfold Den, Dylan Schmer, Olive & Olde's, LLC dba Unfold Den, Ada Chen and Two Chens Productions LLC from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage for my self and/or my child during or resulting from participation in the sewing class. Medical Treatment Responsibility I agree that I am responsible for my own and/or my child's own medical care and associated costs in the extremely rare event of an injury during class. Safety Agreement To ensure a safe environment, I agree that myself and/or my child will follow all safety instructions and behave responsibly. I understand that failure to do so may result in dismissal without refund. Respect and Inclusion Agreement To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants, I agree that I and/or my child will treat all class participants with mutual respect, regardless of race, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or background. I understand that this class is a safe and welcoming space for everyone, and that any disrespectful or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without refund.
