Clay Camp - Morning Session

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or delivered to the studio. All cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to the first day of camp. "No Shows" are not eligible for a refund or studio credit. If the studio cancels an event, a full refund will be issued. The studio reserves the right to cancel any camp event due to a lack of engagement. I grant permission for the studio to use photographs or images from this event for promotion and/or advertising. Drop off begins 15 minutes prior to camp start time. Please arrange for prompt pickup. Campers should bring a water bottle. No electronic devices are permitted. Please leave all tablets, phones, and mobile gaming devices at home. Assumption of Risk/Waiver of Liability As legal guardian of the below-named persons, I HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the studio on my own behalf and the behalf of my child and our respective heirs, administrators, executors, and successors, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees or other representatives, whether paid or volunteer, FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, ON THE MINOR'S ACCOUNT OR MINE caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the studio its officers, directors, shareholders, employees or agents. I have read and understand, and will at all times, abide by and have my child abide by rules, regulations and policies as set forth by the studio.
