This is a fully hands on bread making class for French Baguettes. Learn the essentials of creating and preparing your dough and techniques for pulling, shaping, forming, scoring and baking. Most importantly, we want to help you understand the reason how each step and timing matters in the process. We'll help with everything from choosing the right ingredients to ensuring baking success in a home oven. Each participant will go home with their own dough created in class. All materials supplied.
