Class Description:
Immerse yourself in the rich flavors and timeless traditions of Italian cuisine as Executive Chef Jim guides you through the art of creating dishes inspired by the sun-drenched hillsides and bustling markets of Italy. In this fun Saturday night class, we’ll start with a Mesculin Salad with a sweet and tangy Raspberry-Champagne Vinaigrette. Then Chef Jim will show you how to make velvety smooth Creamy Polenta paired with savory mushrooms, a hearty dish that embodies the warmth and simplicity of Italian cooking. 

And the meal wouldn’t be complete without a pasta course: Tagliatelle adorned with a vibrant Basil, Parsley, Walnut, and Pesto sauce. For the main course, you will experience the robust flavors of Italian cuisine with Chef Jim’s Pork Chops Shepherd-Style, tender pork chops infused with aromatic herbs and spices, and topped with provolone and pecorino cheeses. Finally, we end the night with Sweet Ricotta Dumplings drizzled with a delicate Strawberry Sauce. You will even get in on the action and help Chef Jim with some of these dishes. Whether you're a seasoned home cook or curious beginner, this class offers an immersive experience that celebrates the beauty and diversity of Italian cuisine. Buon appetito!

• We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
• This class is for adults 18+. Children 14-17 years old are allowed if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please let us know if you plan to bring a minor.

If you've registered with other people on the same order, you will automatically be seated together.
