Class Description:
Move over Taco Tuesday, tonight it’s Taco Wednesday! Join award winning BBQ pro and professional culinary instructor, Chef Bruce Campbell as he shows you how to make BBQ tacos with fresh salsas and hearty sides. Chef Bruce will guide you through infusing classic Mexican taco flavors with smoky traditional American BBQ.

To start the evening off, you will learn essential grilling techniques for all the proteins that you will use for your tacos: juicy BBQ Chicken, tender Pulled Pork, and Grilled Fish. Giving your meats and fish their flavor is an array of fresh condiments: Fire Roasted Salsa, Mango Salsa, Chipotle Lime Aioli, and Baja BBQ Sauce. And no BBQ is complete without some killer sides. Watch as Chef Bruce prepares a simple citrus Pineapple slaw which is a perfect pairing to the heat of his BBQ Mexican Fire Beans that combines chipotle peppers, honey habanera sauce, and sweet molasses.

This evening’s featured cocktail is a fresh Austin Avocado Margarita, a creamy and refreshing cocktail that perfectly complements the bold flavors of your BBQ tacos with avocado puree, lime juice, and sweet agave syrup. This is a perfect summer social class to inspire your next backyard BBQ.

• Please enjoy a 10% discount on all items in our retail store during the full calendar day/night of your class or event. Our retail store will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class. 
• We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
• Adult only (21+): Only adults over the age of 21. Alcohol will be served in this class as part of the menu. If you do not wish to drink, please let us know in the "comments" section of sign-up.
• If (a) you’d like to sit with another registered guest, or (b) have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in the Comments section of your registration after reading our full description of policies and information about classes. If you've registered with other people on the same order, you will automatically be seated together.
