Terms, Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Masks are recommended. This workshop has limited seating available. We are holding a spot for you, so reservations for this event are non-refundable. We do not have room for spectators. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer to a friend by notifying the studio by phone or text. (905-728-6939). If unwell and notify the studio a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled workshop we will happily transfer your reservation to a future class held within 14 days of the original workshop. Storage space is limited so your work must be picked up within 30 days of the workshop. Work left beyond 30 days of the workshop will be deemed abandoned, become the property of Ceramics Canada and will be discarded at your expense.
