Class Description:
There really is a lot to learn about barbecue and its relationship to beer, liquor and wine, which has made this very popular class a staple in our Midwest BBQ Institute Program™. Tonight's experienced instructor, Bruce Campbell, is an award-winning BBQ Pitmaster with 25+ years in the restaurant business, and he's eager to teach us some barbecue recipes utilizing beer, liquor, and wine. We’ll learn how to pair beer and wine with barbecue as we learn to prepare: Honey Bourbon Pork Loin, Burnt Ends, Smoked Sausage Sliders, Borracho (Drunken) Beans, and Grilled Drunken Pineapple with Dark Rum. While we’re at it, we’ll learn some cocktail mixing skills and great beverages like the BBQ Bloody Mary. We’ll also play the “Guess That Beer” game and learn to pair wine with BBQ!

You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all adult classes include one glass of beer or wine. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
