Class Description:
Make a statement with your cakes in this hands-on course covering the essentials of prepping, building and decorating stacked and tiered cakes.  Learn from Pastry Artist Rachel Van Stratton as you learn what it means to build a solid foundation, how to prepare the cakes by leveling and filling, which boards to use to assemble tiers, and so much more.  You’ll build and decorate your own 2-tier cake as you learn.  Using American Buttercream Icing, she’ll show you how to use icing tips to create beautiful designs and fun piping details.  Your take-home cake will be a charming addition to your family’s dinner table.  Your cake decorating skills will go through the roof with this class. 

NOTES:

• Your class registration is non-cancellable and non-refundable.  Should you be unable to attend, we suggest that you consider sending someone in your place.  If possible, please let us know of any substitutions so that we can update our records.  
• This Is An Adult Class: You must be at least 18 years old as of the class date.
