5- and 10-play packs are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged
Packs may be used for multiple children or families
Gift cards may only be used for open play
Discounts and sibling discounts cannot be combined with play packs
Please note that discount codes are not valid on play packs. If used, we will invoice the additional amount due before sending the play pack. Thank you!

Montessori Life Skills Add-On
Enhance your visit with our Montessori-inspired Life Skills classes

$5 per child (with an open play reservation)
FREE for members
Sign-up required by 11:30am the day of class

Weekly Schedule

Tuesday | 12:30pm: Little Chefs (snack preparation)
Thursday | 12:30pm Little Helpers (life skills such as cleaning, washing fingernails, planting a seed, ect.)

Themed Saturday Play Sessions
Our themed Saturdays are included with your open play purchase and often sell out — advance registration is recommended! Each themed session includes music and movement activitie and a special craft! Dress up is always recommended.

Need to cancel? Please email thelittleredbarnplayground@gmail.com before your session start time for a credit.
Socks are required for both adults and children. You may bring your own or purchase ours for $2.50 per pair.

Older Siblings Policy
If older siblings attend:

Children over age 7 must remain in the table/front area. They may enjoy art materials and books provided free of charge.
Older children may not enter the play area during open play.

Safety, Cleanliness & Supervision

Open play is not a drop-off session — caregivers must stay with children or observe from the tables
Shoes must be removed; socks remain on
We sanitize every toy daily and in between sessions as needed using non-toxic cleaners from Force of Nature, EPA-approved for use against Flue & COVID-19.

Please check in at the front desk so we can locate your waiver
Once checked in, your 2-hour play session begins
Outside food and drinks are welcome

Booking Fee
A 4% booking fee applies to online reservations.
This fee is non-refundable, but no additional booking fee will be charged when using account credits for the exact session price.
Play sessions are non-refundable. Credits will be given if notified before play session begins. Credits will not ve given if notice is recieved afer play session begins.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you are new to the barn, a waiver must be filled out by visiting https://waiver.fr/p-Wtrwm By purchasing, you are agreeing to all of the little red barn rules listed in the waiver agreement. An account credit can be given with an email sent to thelittleredbarnplayground@gmail.com no later than the beginning of your play session. We do not give credits for missed sessions or when an email is received after the start time as we are holding your space. No credits will be given for missed sessions that did not cancel prior for any reason. Children will be expected to follow all playground and camp rules, and if they fail to do so we have the right to ask you to visit another day with no refunds. Examples are hitting excessively, using bad language, biting, throwing things at others repeatedly. This is not a drop off, adult supervision and participation is required at all times. In the event of a natural disaster or government mandated closure, refunds will not be issued. We will credit your account for when we reopen. **5 and 10 packs are non refundable and cannot be cancelled once issued-credits cannot be given in exchange for a 5 or 10 pack once purchased!** We look forward to having a wonderful experience with your children & making fun memories together!
