This camp runs Monday-Friday 10:00am-12:30pm for 8-11 year olds
Ciao! In this class we will explore the amazing variety of foods and flavors across many regions of Italy. From tasty snacks to robust sauces, your child will learn to not only have fun in kitchen, but to make his/her Italian favorites. Highlights include fresh pasta making, healthy mini-meatballs, delicious personal pizzas, gelato making and much more. Come to this camp with a hearty appetite; at the conclusion of each class, students will dine on their creations for lunch.
Day 1 - Roasted Vegetable Fritatta, Tuscan Panzanella, Brioche with Gelato
Day 2- Summer Roman Minestrone, Design-Your-Own Panini, Seasonal Fruit Tart
Day 3- Homemade Pasta with Mini-Meatballs in Marinara, Garlic Bread, Almond Biscotti
Day 4- Personal Pizzas (made with Homemade Dough), Tiramisu
Day 5- Southern Italian Chicken Parmesan, Caesar Salad with Homemade Croutons, Cannoli
Each class goes from 10am-12:30pm ending with a full sit down lunch.
