Knife Skills | A deep dive into the world of knives culminating in the preparation of spring rolls and peanut dipping sauce. Techniques include battonet, julienne, brunoise, lyonnaise, chiffonade, pasting, ribboning, and much more.

Guests are encouraged to eat the spring rolls they create.

Guests are welcomed to bring their own wine or beer to any of our classes for no additional cost.
