In this class, you will learn how to setup financial controls for your business, understand how to monitor them, and learn what to do when something starts to get out of control.

Ages: 16+

Launching a business is hard.  Keeping it running is even harder.  To help you keep your business going, you need to put financial controls in place to know when your business is succeeding or when things start to become a struggle.  In this class, you will learn how to setup those controls for your business, understand how to monitor them, and learn what to do when something starts to get out of control.

This course is structured in a lecture and workshop format; giving you not just the theory, but real world scenarios.

This course is offered in face to face delivery and simultaneously delivered as a live online course.  To view this course online, students will have to login to our leaning management system to access the live feed during the scheduled class time.  Online students will be able to interact with the instructor and other students online and in the classroom.
