Call your friends up because you won't want to miss this class filled with fresh BC shellfish! Join us for an evening of fun and learning to cook your shellfish to perfection - think golden seared scallops, crispy crabcakes, and delicious steamed shellfish!

Amuse Bouche: Raw Oyster on the Half Shell

• A fresh, succulent oyster served on its half shell with house mignonette, offering a briny taste of the sea to awaken your palate. 

Shellfish Steamer Pot 

• A savoury mix of clams and mussels steamed in a fragrant broth, infused with garlic, herbs, lemon, and a splash of white wine & cream. 

Seared Scallops

• Perfectly seared scallops with a golden crust, served with a delicate butter sauce.

Crab Cakes

• Golden, crispy crab cakes made with sweet, tender crab meat and white fish, lightly seasoned and served with a tangy slaw. 

Lemon Crème Brûlée

• A creamy, zesty lemon custard topped with a caramelized sugar crust.

Dinner will be served with seasonal vegetables and roasted new potatoes to accompany your shellfish.

•  Cleaning and preparing various shellfish (clams, mussels, shrimp)

•  Achieving a crispy exterior while maintaining a moist interior for crab cakes

Youth under 16 years old are welcome to join our cooking classes, provided they are accompanied by a paying adult, and each youth has their own ticket.
