Baking at altitude can feel intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be! In this educational workshop, we’ll break down the science of baking at elevation so you can understand what’s happening in your doughs and batters—and how to adapt your favorite recipes accordingly. We’ll compare different batches of baked goods so you can taste and observe the difference between standard and high-altitude-adapted recipes. You’ll leave class with a grounded understanding of baking science and the confidence to take on your next project.
