'Tis the season for indulgence so round up a group of friends or plan a unique date night and join us for a fun evening of indulgent and flavorful combinations and pairings that will take you straight to culinary heaven.  It's all about wine, cheese, & chocolate tonight as our wonderfully talented Wine Pro Shriti Plimpton teaches us how to pair various varietals and styles of wines with different cheeses and chocolates. By the way, if you haven't paired certain red wines with chocolate, you haven't lived.  (That's the way we feel anyway.) You’ll put your wine glass down long enough to roll your very own real-deal Truffles - rich confections made with a mélange of melted chocolate, butter or cream, sugar and flavorings then topped with some interesting ingredients like liqueurs, spices, coffee and more.  We'll even give you the recipes.  Oh heck, sign ME up for this one!  You’ll package your fancy-schmancy truffles and then take with you to enjoy at home.  (That's cute that we think they will make it all the way home.)  Add wine pairing to your list of mad skills.   Sign up today!
