Welcome to the land of charcuterie! Discover the equation for making a simple, yet mouthwatering sausage base from which the flavor possibilities are endless. Learn about balancing fat to lean muscle ratios and proper seasoning as you create sausage perfect grill-ready links from scratch. Your backyard gatherings will never be the same!

This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
