Special Event: Glass Fusing - Ornament

Learn a new art form while creating new memories and keepsakes. In our class, students will have access to a full-range of colors and the artistic freedom to create a custom piece. No experience is necessary. Your instructor will guide you through every step of the process as you create your one of a kind ornament using glass pieces to design and decorate.   

Glass fusing is the process of creating objects with glass by heating them in a kiln.  Participants will learn how to use various tools and how to score and break glass to create a custom piece.

Requirements: Participants must wear closed toed shoes, and safety glasses (provided). Loose, long sleeves are not recommended. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age requirement is 12 years old, no exceptions on the age requirement. No children or babies are permitted to attend. Due to the nature of the project no food items are allowed to be consumed in the classroom during this class.

Pick up: Items will be kiln fired and ready to pick up one week after the class.  This class that will host a maximum of 10 students.
