Whole Grain Quick Breads - Muffins, Scones and Cookies

Muffins, cookies, and scones oh my! Putting a new twist on some old favorites. This class focuses on incorporating whole grains, seeds and dried fruit without sacrificing texture or tenderness and increasing flavor.

Recipes include:

  • Lemon-Flaxseed Cake
  • Apricot and Cranberry Scones
  • Millet Muffins
  • Amaranth Cookie
  • Fruit Tarts with Cornmeal Crust

This workshop is for adults 18 +. Class length estimate is 4 hours. Younger bakers may attend with permission from CSCA only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
