Please read all information before booking. This is a 5 week class for learning how to work with clay and throw on a potters wheel. No experience needed. Beginners are welcome. Instruction will include centering clay, making various shapes such as cylinders, bowls, vases, carving designs into pottery pieces and pulling/making handles for mugs, trimming feet and glazing. We are very excited to now be using Stoneware clay! It’s easy to work with, a more durable clay body and is fired to a much hotter temperature allowing our New Glazes more time to develop in the kiln.
We are also excited to now be offering OPEN STUDIO during the 5 weeks of your class. This means you will be able to come into our studio to keep practicing the techniques you learn each week in class.
Open Studio Days and Times subject to change per availability and other class schedules.
Included in class:
- Endless clay.
- Access to Studio tools, aprons, and rags.
- Instruction and guidance from trained potters.

- Five weeks of class. Attendee must commit to all five days (once per week). If a class is missed, there are no refunds or make up classes.
