Camp Description
Decorating dreams come true in our much asked for Summer Decorating Camp for your PCKids Jr. Pastry Chefs! Creative Jr. Chefs will enjoy having cake, cookies, cupcakes, and bread as their edible canvas to decorate from a palette of colors they learn to mix. 

Pastry Chef Mariah, owner of Moo-Moo's Bakery,  guides the campers to practice many techniques working with Swiss buttercream, fondant, royal icing, edible flowers, and herbs. Surely, there will be colorful picture-perfect moments when you see your Jr. Chef's daily creations!

General Information

Advance registration is required. No walk-ins permitted.

  1. Gluten products, dairy products, tree nuts, seeds, red meat, pork, chicken, seafood, fruits, and vegetable may be used in the recipes we are cooking and/or baking in class.
  2. Please email PRIOR TO REGISTRATION with any special dietary or medical needs your child has at this time. Our camp director will follow-up with you regarding registration.
  3. Campers integrate language arts, social studies, and STEM skills in camp culinary experiences.
  4. Campers practice a variety of “hands-on” cooking and/or baking skills and techniques with child-friendly recipes.
  5. Campers learn the value of food health and safety requirements.
  6. Campers learn and practice proper etiquette and manners in a group when cooking, baking, and eating the food they prepare.

Cost of Camp

  • $275 per camp, per child, ages 6 yrs. old - 12 yrs. old
  •  5 days of camp, Monday-Friday, 4 hours each day for 20 hours of hands-on instruction by trained culinary instructors and assistants in a small class environment
  • Wholesome food prepared in class with bottled water provided (food prepared in class is served but is not a meal; campers need to eat their lunch prior to class)
  • Daily use of class aprons, cooking utensils, and all supplies
  • Camp recipe booklet, certificate of participation, and a commemorative gift are presented at the “PCKids Jr. Chef  graduation” on the last day of camp


  • Adults must sign-in and sign-out their child each day of camp, no drop-offs at door.
  • Wear closed toe shoes (no sandals) for safety purposes
  • Pull back long hair in a pony tail for hygiene purposes
  • No jewelry, please
  • No use of personal cell phones during camp
