What would Thanksgiving and Christmas be without flaky, beautiful, delicious pies? The fear of leaving your dinner table bare for dessert inspired us to host a class that focuses on the basics: creating the perfect flaky pie crust!

Attendees will join our dessert specialist, Taylor, for a 2 hour workshop that teaches you the skills necessary to impress friends and family when dessert is served! Students will make their own pie crusts from scratch to take home and bake with your favorite fillings, and will gain hands-on experience handling, shaping, and decorating pie dough. Students will learn how to lattice pie crust and will gain experience cutting shapes for final garnishes, including fall leaves! All attendees will also receive a bag of pie crust dry mix and a recipe card to take home with their unbaked pie crust! This is a great opportunity to get ahead of the holiday season while also learning skills that last a lifetime!
