Learn the basic techniques of rolling sushi using a bamboo mat, hand rolling cone sushi and hand molding sushi featuring fresh vegetables, cooked seafood, smoked salmon and for the “real sushi” lover at heart - fresh raw salmon. 
Students will also learn how to pack a To Go Bento Box for an authentic Japanese display. Bento Boxes will be available to purchase at $10.00 each. Bring an apron. 
Class is $59 payable on MJC site, plus $25 material fee payable to instructor on day of event.
