Class Description:
Run, run, as fast as you can. You can't catch me—I'm the gingerbread man!   
Don't walk...run!...to this very special holiday pastry arts class where you'll learn to make authentic gingerbread houses from a Pastry Pro!  No more cheesy cheap 'kits' for the holidays!  Chef Natasha Goellner is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute, past owner of Mulberry & Mott’s and currently the Pastry Chef at The Antler Room KC.  Did you know that there is a special 'sturdier' gingerbread dough that you use to create sturdy 'homes'?  You'll learn all about that special dough, then you'll practice rolling and cutting so your final product doesn't look like the Leaning Tower of Pisa.  (Oh snap!)   There is also a bit of an art to assembling your house and you'll learn that too.  No gingerbread house class would be complete without lessons on how to make a proper Royal Icing.  And finally we will learn some decorating techniques to make your edible abode holiday ready!  Make memories that will last a lifetime and truly get into the holiday spirit as you create gorgeous delicious gingerbread masterpieces!

• Your class registration is non-cancellable and non-refundable.  Should you be unable to attend, we suggest that you consider sending someone in your place.  If possible, please let us know of any substitutions so that we can update our records.  
• This Is An Adult Class: You must be at least 18 years old as of the class date.

• Your registration tells us that you have read through the class description including the age requirements for that particular class.
• Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all adult classes include one glass of beer or wine. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
