There is a lot of pre-work that you have to do to make your company ready for investors.  In this class, learn what types of documents you need, costs that you need to budget for, and what it really means for your business when you take on investors and the new levels of responsibility you need to take on when you start using other people's money.

This course is structured in a lecture and workshop format; giving you not just the theory, but real world scenarios.

This course is offered in face to face delivery and simultaneously delivered as a live online course.  To view this course online, students will have to login to our leaning management system to access the live feed during the scheduled class time.  Online students will be able to interact with the instructor and other students online and in the classroom.

This course can be applied towards the Entrepreneurship Certificate from SunDown Group.
