Join Italian Chef Andrew Toncini in our Chef's Theatre for the first stop on a tour of the regions of Italy. Learn about authentic dishes and ingredients from some of the most noteworthy regions of Italy all while enjoying a four course dinner sure to delight your palate.

• Crispy, golden risotto balls filled with seasonal ingredients and fried to perfection. 

First Course: Pasta alla Norma

• Rigatoni tossed with tender eggplant, sweet cherry tomatoes, and topped with savory ricotta salata. 

Second Course: Pollo alla Siciliana

• Braised chicken infused with the bold flavours of olives, capers, sweet pears, and zesty lemon. 

Third Course: Caponata

• A warm, tangy Sicilian salad featuring eggplant, tomatoes, and capers in a rich, savoury sauce. 

Forth Course: Sicilian Cannoli

• Crispy, deep-fried pastry shells filled with sweet, creamy ricotta for a classic Italian dessert.
