Class Description:
Sweet, petite, and delicious! The classic French macaron is made from a few simple ingredients – meringue, almond meal, and icing sugar – and while it takes time to gain the technical skills to make them, making your own macarons at home is fun and rewarding. If you’re obsessed with these delicate, beautiful, and classically French cookies, this is the class for you! Chef Natasha Goellner, is a world-class pastry chef and instructor. A graduate of The French Culinary Institute and past owner of Mulberry & Mott’s on Country Club Plaza and currently the Pastry Chef at The Antler Room KC, Chef Natasha will lead this special four-hour interactive class that will teach you all the essential techniques you need to make your own macarons. Besides the basics, you will learn about the nearly infinite options you have to flavor your macaron filling, from classic vanilla to strawberry cheesecake to peach champagne. You will also take home some macarons to enjoy with your family later. Très magnifique!

NOTES:

• We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
• This Is An Adult Class: You must be at least 18 years old as of the class date.  
• If (a) you’d like to sit with another registered guest, or (b) have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in the Comments section of your registration after reading our full description of policies and information about classes. If you've registered with other people on the same order, you will automatically be seated together.
• Your registration tells us that you have read through the class description including the age requirements for that particular class.
• Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all adult classes include one glass of beer or wine. Additional alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. 
• Our Kitchen Shop Experience™ will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class.
