July Baking Camp! - Kids 8-12 yrs old - Beyond Baking Basics

Kids 8-12 years old can spend every morning with us this week learning to make all kinds of delicious baked goods, including cinnamon rolls, cake pops and even French Macarons!  Kids will prepare ingredients, and do hands-on prep to make different delicious baked goods each day.  Instruction will include how to measure ingredients, using the KitchenAid mixer, mixing and kneading yeast dough, preparing icings, designing and decorating cupcakes.  We'll go beyond the basics, but provide a good foundation of skills and techniques. 

$325 for all 5 mornings; no cancellations or rebates for missed classes.  This is a drop-off class, with three instructors/assistants to supervise the students. This camp is for kids 8 years old to 12 years old.
