Waiver Information

This class is for guests 21 years of age or older. You must bring a valid state issued ID or valid US passport to enter this class. According to UDABC and our Educational Permit, no one under the age of 21 is permitted including infants and newborns. This policy is strictly enforced.

I agree to the alcohol policy

The Paint Mixer operates under an educational/scientific permit granted by the DABC. There is an opportunity to purchase up to 2 drinks for each guest and we provide an educational introduction about our alcohol options.

I understand that I have the option to purchase alcohol and it is not included in class pricing

Cancellations happen and we will happily provide credit for a future class. Please let us know your intentions by calling or emailing info@thepaintmixer.com prior to your class start time.

In order to ensure the best experience for you and other guests, classes will be closed to entry 15 minutes after the scheduled class start time. If you are running more than 15 minutes late we ask that you reschedule your class. Please email info@thepaintmixer.com to do so.
