Thank you for thinking of Prosper Playhouse for your Childs special day! All parties include 45 minutes of play in our play structure and play areas for the entire party followed by 45 minutes in our private party room.

Parents will relax and watch the kiddos play from the green and yellow bench area with a large cart to hold your cake, all of your children's shoes and gifts etc. All parties include party host(s) to manage the birthday party from beginning to end so that you may relax and spend this special day with your child.  
All food/drinks and cake will be served in the party room portion of the party (2nd half).  Your party host(s) will manage this whole process for you including serving the pizza and drinks (if ordered), starting the birthday song, lighting the candles and cutting/serving the cake for you!  They work hard to make sure your Childs day is special and a fun experience for all...let them know what else they can do for you as they will work hard for their tips! 

No outside food OR drinks allowed, except for your birthday cake, cupcakes or similar.  No Ice Cream or Smash cakes please.  *If you have a specific allergy need, please call the playhouse to discuss prior to your party. *Playhouse staff will attempt to call you during the week prior to your scheduled party date to confirm all items you have selected and any last minute headcount or pizza changes.  If they cannot reach you, your order will stand as selected on this booking.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due today at booking, the remaining balance will be collected at the end of your party where we charge the remaining balance, any incidentals from cafe or store as well as the gratuity.  
A minimum of 18% gratuity is charged to all party checkout but you are welcome to tip more if your host(s) went above and beyond.
