Japanese Whipped Cream Roll Cake

A new cake baking and making workshop with Baking Arts. Limited to only six students per class, each attendee will bake from scratch our "no crack" vanilla chiffon roll cake. Once cool we will fill with stabilized whipped cream and fresh berries. This cake has all the hallmarks of our favorite sponge... light, fluffy, tender, moist and just lightly sweet. Learn all the tips and tricks to successfully recreate this cake at home. This is some of the best spring baking we know. . All materials supplied. Take your finished roll cake home with you at the end of class. Please kindly note, all classes at Baking Arts are for adults.
