We have a minimum sign up for each class, in order to host it. If there aren't enough sign ups for a workshop, we will reach out via text message the day before the class and alert you of the cancellation. We will reschedule the class at the instructor is able. If you are not able to commit to the new time slot, we will offer a class credit towards a future workshop.

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online here. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.

In consideration of my application to participate in this activity, or application for other’s participation: I hereby: WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of Flourish Studio and Classroom, its owners, instructors, employees, affiliates, volunteers, entities or other persons released, for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to myself, my child’s, or a participant I have registered including my/their traveling to and from this activity; INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE Flourish Studio and Classroom, its owners, instructors, employees, affiliates, volunteers, entities or other persons released, from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. The Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. Flourish Studio and Classroom, its owners, instructors, employees, affiliates, volunteers, entities or other persons released from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action on account of any injury to my child that may occur. This release binds my heirs, executors, administrators, and/or assigns.
