There is no refund on your deposit for cancellations made within three weeks of your party or event. Just a reminder that no alcohol is allowed in the studio. Food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed! Cancellations on your deposit made before three weeks can be applied towards another party or event. Please confirm final numbers before your event date. Groups that arrive with more or less guests will be charged $5 per absent or extra person (we allow for 2 absent or 2 extra people at no charge). All Pallet Board Painting events booked through this page are held in our Main Studio and we cannot guarantee extra tables for food or other items. Pallet Board Painting events must be booked at least one week before the date of the party in order to ensure that an Instructor is available. Please be sure to be on time for your event. We book our events as efficiently as possible and that means that there is almost always an event booked before and after you. Groups that arrive a half hour late will forfeit half of their deposit. Please note that acrylic paint does not come out of clothing. The Creative Arts Studio will supply smocks, however, it is recommended that you come wearing clothes that you don't mind getting a little messy!
