Birthday Party Deposit

I have contacted The Potter's House Studio and confirmed details for this upcoming party, including the date, time, products desired, and pricing.**Due to limited space and seating, the studio politely reserves the right to add a charge of $7.00 per person for each non-painting guest attending this party after the first complimentary four. **In the event of a cancellation, I must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the event to receive a studio credit, which must be used within 60 days of the scheduled event. Credits may be applied towards a scheduled session or for open seating (walk-in) painting. **Parking is available onsite and in the event overflow parking is necessary there are daytime and nighttime options. Daytime guests may park onsite, across the street on Kensington Avenue, and just north of the studio at McNatt’s cleaners. Guests attending events that begin at 5:30pm or later may park in these areas as well as at neighboring businesses, Earl’s Garden Shop and Delia’s Hair Salon **Guests are welcome to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages to the studio. **I understand this purchase is final and nonrefundable.
