Reservations not required but suggested; for guaranteed seating as we are a walk-in studio.  A table reservation is NOT reserving walk-in pottery wheel throwing or class, clay handbuilding or booking parties.
Please use the appropriate booking for wheel, clay handbuilding or party reservations or call the studio with questions.  WE DO NOT ALLOW FOOD OR EATING IN OUR MAIN STUDIO --- ONLY DRINKS & BYOB - YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK A PARTYROOM TO HAVE FOOD IN THE STUDIO. 
 
PREPAY COSTS ( Deposit applied to the group purchase for that day.):

• to reserve a table for up to 2 painters    $40.00  prepay
• to reserve a table for up to 4 painters    $80.00  prepay
• to reserve a table for up to 6 painters    $120.00 prepay
• to reserve a table for up to 8 painters    $160.00 prepay
• Groups of 10 or more are required to make a group Reservation by contacting the studio. We require a minimum spend as well as needing to collect additional information to ensure that we can accommodate the request   $300.00

We request that you only reserve seating for actual painters. We have limited seating available for customer that are painting and only allow 2 non painters per reservation or group.  Be sure to read the entire seating policy.  Each non- participant over the allowed two will be charged a studio fee of $15. If you know in advance of the reservation you can pay in advance for non-painters (no refunds or store credit for no shows) or you will be charged at checkout for each non-participating person; does not include kids under age 5.

Only the times that shows is available for booking or you can choose to walk-in.  A reservation guarantees you seating for the time scheduled and is not required.  When you reserve a table, you can walk-in and paint pottery, paint canvas and/or paint wood.  each person can choose a different activity.  For walk in pottery wheel without an instructor please go to our website and select create with us - in store- and then pottery wheel and walk-in pottery wheel or call the studio with questions.

Your deposits(not including online processing fees) will be applied to your final purchase at checkout in the studio

LATE ARRIVALS:
• Please arrive on-time for your appointment
• If you are running late; it is your responsibility to contact the studio. 
• We will hold your reserved seat(s) no longer than 30 minutes past your reservation time.  At that time, we will release the reserved seats to walk-in customers.  Your credit will apply when you arrive on your appointment day only – If you are a no show or do not cancel in advance; please refer to the refund and cancellation policy for additional policy details.   

If your reservation is scheduled for after walk-in hours  we will wait for no more that 30 minutes for your arrival; if you are a no show we will close (if you were the only reservation) or when the last customer leaves and you will be considered a no show.  A late arrival does not change your reservation time and you will be expected to complete your projects by the scheduled time.

When selecting attendees below you are selecting tables and the amount of people at that table.  For example, if selecting "Would you like to reserve a table for up to 4 painters" you select 1; this means you want one table for up to four people. This lets us know to how many people will be in the studio at a given time, so we are compliant with social distancing requirements. We request that you only reserve seating for actual painters. We have limited seating available for customer that are painting.  Be sure to read the seating policy. We are offering 2 hour sessions with limited number of studio guests.

****If you are trying to book a "Same Day" table reservation please call the studio; once you have made your reservationto confirm;  as online registration may not submit or notify us before you arrive at the studio; and space may not be available.
