Class Description
Let's talk basics. Excellent cooking starts with our soups, stocks, and sauces. Tonight we're showing you how to make a variety of incredible bases for fabulous meals. Executive Chef Gary Hild is your guide for this healthy-focused class. Chef Gary’s interest in nutrition and a healthy lifestyle is expressed in a broad range of cooking styles. He is sharing expert health and wellness tips that will broaden and expand your culinary skills to make meals that are exquisite in taste and beneficial in health. Tonight Chef Gary is educating you in the ins and outs of making soups and sauces that give your meals that kickstart your dishes into delicious.
Our menu consists of two stocks for soups that will become your go-to bases. Gary will demonstrate just how easy it is to make your own stocks, you will never go back to store bought once you see how simple the technique is. Next Gary has two versatile sauces- a classic marinara useful for any great Italian cooking, and a garlic and herb sauce that is so good you can eat it with a spoon. It has endless possibilities for ramping up your flavor palate. Next we have two soups for you to try- a warm and cozy classic vegetable soup and a gorgeous Golden Cauliflower soup that is impressive with little effort. Last but not least we're getting to the meat of it all- Chicken Marsala. Chef Gary will give you a tried and true recipe for making this classic Italian favorite.

- Please enjoy a 10% discount on all items in our retail store during the full calendar day/night of your class or event. Our retail store will be open for browsing prior to class, during any breaks, and after class.
- We provide a full refund if you need to cancel more than three weeks prior to the start of a scheduled class. You will receive an Account Credit if you need to cancel at any time within three weeks but prior to the class start time. Please note that any refund issued for classes purchased using a Gift Certificate or Account Credit will result in reinstatement of the original Gift Card or Account Credit and will bear the same expiration date. Account Credits issued for cancelations within three weeks of a class will expire one year from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason, at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund.
- This class is for adults 18+. Children 14-17 years old are allowed if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please let us know if you plan to bring a minor.

If you've registered with other people on the same order, you will automatically be seated together.
