I understand that every precaution is taken to ensure safety of each student; however, in case of an accident, I agree to release Imagination Pottery Studio LLC from any liabilities.
In order for Art Camp to be enjoyable for all campers, the instructors and for our walk-in customers that may be painting in the studio during camp, appropriate behavior and participation is expected. In the event that your child becomes disruptive or uncooperative, we will contact you and your child will be excused for the day. No refund will be given for that session.
Payment in full is expected at the time of registration. We accept checks, cash and debit/credit cards. All of our supplies must be bought in advance, therefore we cannot give refunds for camp sessions within 2 weeks of the camp date. In case of illness, camper may be transferred to another class, subject to availability.
We will do our best to complete every project scheduled. Projects are subject to change depending on supply availability and the time it takes for students to complete each project within the time frame. If your child does not finish during the scheduled time, he/she can return during regular business hours to complete the project.
Please be prompt in dropping off and picking up your child so that we can stay on schedule. If you are going to be late in picking up your child, please notify us at 636-327-4699. Also, please note that if you are late in picking up your child, we will need to charge you a $15 “Child Care Fee” unless we agree upon an arrangement prior to camp.
Your child could get messy. Please be sure that he/she is dressed accordingly.
Projects will be ready in 2 weeks. We will contact you when the projects are ready for pick up.
We encourage parents/guardians to use this time as a break for both adult and child. Thank you in advance for your understanding. If your child has separation concerns, we encourage you to choose a separate table and paint your own project while Art Camp is in session!
