Children's Creative Birthday or Scouts Party Reservations

We require a $25 Non-Refundable deposit to book all parties. This deposit will serve as your Party Room Fee and is included in the party costs. This deposit will only be refunded if the date and time you request is not available, and another suitable date and time cannot be arranged. If you need to reschedule your party, please do so within one week of your event and we will gladly transfer your deposit to another available date (one time only). Less than one weeks notice will forfeit the deposit. ALL PARTIES ARE 90 MIN LONG! We find this is plenty of time for children to paint, enjoy cake and presents. We do not suggest having a full meal planned. If excellent service is provided by your instructor, tips are encouraged for gratuity. Parties are to begin and end on time. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however we often have other groups booked back to back. Most parents find the allotted time to be plenty! ***We can hold up to 18 children in the party room at one time. There will be no charge for up to 5 adult hosts. The Birthday Party Order will be charged an additional fee of $10 per non-paying customer for any adults exceeding the 5 adults limit. The Additional Adult Fee will be waived if said adult chooses to purchase an additional item and create with us! Due to limited space we cannot host additional adults and parents free of charge. We apologize for any inconvenience and are available by phone for questions about this policy.*** The Balance for the party will be due the day of the event. The host is responsible for any damage occurred while on premises. If using the private party room, a counter for snacks and cake is available. We do not provide plates, cups or silverware, but feel free to bring your own. You are welcome to bring decorations, but please keep them simple. The host is responsible for picking up the pieces for the entire party one week from the day of the event. They cannot be arranged to have them picked up separately. All Fired Up Akron will only be responsible for items up to 60 days after the event, but please give us a call if you are not able to pick them up in the 60 day window.
