Painting Expressive Flowers: in acrylic and mixed media

Enjoy learning to work with acrylic paint with a variety of approaches and tools. In this 6 week course, we will create 3 major works and additional studies with flowers as our subject matter. Enjoy weekly step by step demonstrations that still plenty of room for artistic expression.

During the course, learn to paint with a traditional approach with paint on canvas, as well as experiment with more dimensional and expressive technique using palette knife work. Students will also create a still life using collage, stenciling and stamping to create a colorful still life. Course is open to ages 16-adult
