Skating Birthday Party!!

DEPOSITS: are transferable but are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the party is canceled within 7 days your deposit could be forfeited. Your deposit will be applied toward your final bill. A notice of at least 7 days is required for party date changes. Any party canceled without rescheduling within 60 days will forfeit their deposit. CARRY INS: Only a cake/cupcakes are allowed. Due to state food handling regulations: no homemade baked goods are allowed. Only store-bought/commercially prepared cakes or cupcakes are allowed. Carry-in food and drink are NOT ALLOWED. ***Exception: In the event of a food allergy, please contact management for approval. AFTER APPROVAL a food item may be allowed for the individual with the allergy only. You may receive written consent via email, please bring a consent email to the event. Skatin' Place cannot cook or prepare any carry-in items. RESERVATION TIME: Your party area will be ready at the start of your reserved time. You may enter the facility 15 mins prior to your scheduled time. Skating times are unlimited. At the conclusion of your reserved table time, we do ask that you move to the general seating area. Tables are reserved for a total of 120 minutes. If you arrive late we cannot guarantee that your table time can be extended. Parties of 15 or more skaters will have an 10% gratuity added to their bill. PLEASE NOTE: Socks are required to use the facility. If children arrive without socks they will not be able to skate, but you will still be charged for their admission. Socks are available for purchase starting at $3 a pair. Noisemakers, confetti, pinata, or silly strings are NOT allowed. Times, prices, & packages are subject to change without notice. The rink is supervised, however, adult supervision is strongly suggested. Patrons may bring their own skates or in-lines. All personal equipment must be inspected by Skatin' Place staff prior to use, equipment must be clean, and in general “good repair.” Razor scooters are NOT allowed. ALLERGIES: Items containing peanuts and other tree nuts ARE SOLD in the rink (pre-packaged items such as candy bars). Nut products are not used in the kitchen or concessions. BILLING: ALL children 4-17yrs old will be charged (skating, observing). *Private parties please see note below. Your final headcount will determine your balance. The final payment is due before the conclusion of your event. We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. *Credit card information is NOT kept on file. To pay by credit card a card must be PRESENT AT FINAL BILLING. Personal checks are NOT accepted. Coupons must be given to staff upon entering the facility. Only one coupon may be used per package. Gratuities are not included in the quote and are solely at the discretion of the customer. Supervision / Discipline: It is the responsibility of the party hosts to supervise and discipline patrons while using the facility. All printed, posted, and verbal policies of Skatin' Place must be obeyed. This policy and skate floor rules can always be viewed on our webpage. Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. Credit Card Security Policy: Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Gratuity is not included but appreciated. However, parties of 15 or more will have a 10% gratuity added to their bill.
