Gnocchi Plus Two Sauces

 In this 2-hour class,  you will learn how to make at least one type of gnocchi and two pairing sauces.  
 
Chef Mark will 

• share some history of gnocchi. 
• share successful gnocchi tips and talk about what to consider in pairing sauces with the gnocchi. 
• demonstrate making and cooking the gnocchi and sauces

Participants will

• practice techniques Chef Mark demonstrates
• bring home with you what you make in class and recipes to do it again

NOTE: Ingredients include the following common allergens: gluten (wheat flour), eggs, 
No cooking experience necessary.
Classes are designed for adults. Teens and tweens may attend with a supportive, registered adult.

We will have hot coffee and tea, and cold water available. Feel free to bring nonalcoholic beverages with you.
